Christmas Day (Midnight) to New Year’s Day (Midnight)

Try this 7-day cleanse from all the bad (but oh so good) things you’ve got to indulge in this holiday season. There’s no asking for cold turkey, just your will power and effort is all that’s needed! Let’s start this New Year off right!

  • Water Intake (per day avg.) (non-water drinkers: 40-60 oz – water drinkers: 60-80 oz – avid hydrators: 80-120 oz)
  • NO fried foods, NO sweets, NO junk
  • Cut off eating by 8pm, water by 830pm
  • Bed at earliest convenience (aim = or >6 hours of sleep or better)
  • Exercise at least 30 mins a day
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables
  • Take a break from meat
  • Aim to eat 4-5 times a day (ex. bfst, snck, lnch, snck, dnr)
  • Cut back on vices (smoking, drinking, other)
  • Learn something new (language, dance, knowledge, song, hobby, etc.)
