Let us know your goals and we will help you meet them.

Meet Teresa, our personal trainer.

Massage Therapy

A capable Massage Therapist promotes muscle health by manipulating soft tissue for optimal mobility and function.
Therapeutic massage:

  • reduces stress and alleviates pain in muscle tissue
  • increases circulation of the blood and lymph. The increase in circulation aids in cleansing the body of toxins and by-products like lactic acid while delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the cells.
  • removes scar tissue while loosening and lengthening soft tissue. This speeds healing and increases range of motion to keep the body moving efficiently.
  • promotes pain relief from chronic and acute conditions including, but not limited to, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, golfer’s elbow, headaches, insomnia, IT band syndrome, migraines, myofascial pain, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, sciatica, scoliosis, shin splints, tennis elbow, TMJ, and whiplash.

Meet Elizabeth, our massage therapist.

Physical Therapy

Primarily concerned with the remediation of impairments and disabilities in addition to the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life, and movement potential through examination, evaluation, diagnosis and physical intervention.

(At present time we are looking for a physical therapist for consultation with our group)

Seniors Fitness

At this time,  our large population of “baby boomers” is entering later years. As we live longer, we find that age effects muscles, the brain, joints, and the neural system. Studies have proven that proper cardiorespiratory and strength exercises can delay and often reverse many of the negative effects of aging, enabling us to live, safe, effective, lives for many years to come.

Instructor: Teresa Saborsky, Seniors Fitness Specialist

Yoga can lower stress, improve brain function, manage weight, and help you sleep better. It can also improve flexibility, balance, and posture. You do not need to have prior experience to participate in class and it is never too late to start. We could all use a little yoga in our lives!

(At present time we are looking for a qualified yoga instructor to continue our classes)

Foam Rolling

Foam Rolling is a self-administered treatment beneficial for myofascial tissues. Recommended between Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy sessions.

Special classes in a variety of subjects such as essential oils, advanced foam rolling and stretching techniques, and nutrition, to give our clients and others more tools to learn more about Their own health and wellness.
