A capable Massage Therapist promotes muscle health by manipulating soft tissue for optimal mobility and function.
Primarily concerned with the remediation of impairments and disabilities in addition to the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life, and movement potential through examination, evaluation, diagnosis and physical intervention.

Studies have proven that proper cardiorespiratory and strength exercises can delay and often reverse many of the negative effects of aging, enabling us to live, safe, effective, lives for many years to come.

Yoga can lower stress, improve brain function, manage weight, and help you sleep better. It can also improve flexibility, balance, and posture. You do not need to have prior experience to participate in class and it is never too late to start. We could all use a little yoga in our lives!
