Delisha is an Ace Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She specializes in martial arts based training with a history of training and competition in Taekwondo and Shotokan. She currently teaches Tae Bo Fitness under the certification of Taekwondo Grandmaster Billy Blanks and will be co-teaching self-defense with Teresa Saborsky at the beginning of 2019 . Tae Bo is a martial arts based aerobic dance. It’s designed to be fun, teach martial arts basics, and to have fun by moving to the timing of music. Her ultimate goal is to introduce martial arts basics to people who otherwise wouldn’t take a martial arts class and to teach correct form and proper training for a longer term healthy relationship with martial arts training.
