George is a certified personal fitness instructor with over six years of one on one training experience. Currently also the fitness instructor locally at a national gym, he has experience helping hundreds of people reach their fitness goals from all walks of life. His primary focus is introductory level fitness, where he helps those with little or no fitness experience. He believes a strong foundation built in the beginning of your fitness journey leads to a lifetime of health and happiness. He also has vast experience in lifestyle training for senior citizens.
