She wholeheartedly believes no one can live life to the fullest unless they are well in their minds, bodies and spirits. Miss Rush Hour Boot Camp
MWF 6:00 p.m.
“Miss Rush Hour” camp is designed for you to get your workout in BEFORE you head home. So, pack your gym clothes to work and change at the gym or at the office! If you hate traffic this is a perfect way for you to MISS rush hour, work out, and get home without a delay.
On Monday, we will indulge in High Intensity Interval training – that means cardio ladies! Keeping your heart rate up and shedding the pounds!
Somebody say Wednesdays are for weights. No ladies, you will not look like a man, but you will be sculpted into leaving the body you dream of – stronger, toner, and leaner.
Flashback Fridays will be a mixture of your favorite old school songs and a workout worth your drive since you came out on a Friday!
Saturday Morning Errands Boot Camp
Saturday, 9:00 a.m.
“Saturday Morning Errands” expect just what you would on a good shopping day – you get in and you get out! 45 minutes to an hour of moving and grooving. We will warm up to the latest and/or greatest hits known to man, so bring your dancing shoes. If you have two left feet, don’t worry, I will always have modifications! For the bulk of our workouts, lifting a weight here or there, but because this is your first errand of the day, we are keeping the intensity high so you can feel energized to complete the rest of your task and get on with your Saturday!
