Tony is a former NFL player, Football All American at Notre Dame, and local Male High School All American in Football and Track & Field. He has specialized in sports training for kids and young adults for 20 years. However, Tony also has a passion for small group and 1 on 1 personal training for adults to help everyday people meet their fitness goals whether that is to lose fat, build muscle, gain energy, or improve flexibility. He has a positive attitude and loves to work out in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Tony calls himself “Picasso” as he wants to help you design your body based on your goals!
